Shayne Roberson

Biography:  Shayne Roberson was birthed in a hospital - Pecos Memorial to be exact (and apparently, in 1982).  He is a proudly "borne & raised Texan," and an alumnus of Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University).  Shayne is an accountant and CPA who spends much of his free time Facebooking. 

Since coming to Alamo City, Shayne has become one of the truly dedicated members, serving both on and off the pitch.  He has served as club Treasurer for many years, as well as carried the great burden of filling the sometimes vacant spots in club leadership to promote club consistency. 

Traditionally, Shayne is a Fullback-Centre, but sometimes ventures other areas of the field.  He has never hooked, though expresses "with the right legs, anyone can do it."  

Currently, Shayne is the reigning [and only] two-time Gold Medalist at the Redneck Olympics.  Shayne also serves as the teams Vice Captain.
